
AOD ACADEMY WELCOMES DISTINGUISHED DELEGATION
As part of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Facilitation Forum, held from March 3 to 4, 2025, at the Yaoundé Palais des Congrès, AOD Aviation Academy had the honor of hosting a distinguished high-level delegation on March 4, 2025. The delegation was led by key figures, including Mr. Juan Carlos Salazar, the Secretary General of ICAO, alongside the Minister of Transport, Minister of Posts and Telecommunications, Delegate-General for National Security, Director General of the CCAA, and the Chief of the Defence Staff of the Air Force.

In collaboration with leading organizations such as Aviation Group (Madrid) and Royal Aircraft Maintenance Co. (Dubai), we offer EASA PART 147 & 66 aircraft maintenance training for technicians, mechanics, and engineers, fully accredited by the CCAA. This accreditation ensures our adherence to the highest standards, as outlined in ICAO Annex 1 of the Chicago Convention, affirming our unwavering commitment to excellence in aircraft maintenance training.

AOD REGIONAL OFFICE FOR AFRICA
AOD Aviation Academy operates as an integral component of the AOD regional office in Cameroon. A pivotal agreement, inked on 12 April 2021, between the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) and AOD, outlines the establishment of aircraft parking, maintenance, and operational facilities at Bafoussam-Bamoumgoum and Foumban-Koutaba airports, alongside the establishment of an Aviation Academy in Yaoundé and Douala.
Founded in 2019, AOD is headquartered in Dubai (UAE) with regional offices in Africa, the USA, and key partnerships in Europe and Asia. AOD specializes in setting up and maintaining MRO PART 145, aircraft sales and leasing, spare parts provision, parking services, comprehensive training programs (EASA PART 147 and 66), as well as parkout and recycling services.
In collaboration with Noor Nibras Software House (N2SH), AOD is also actively engaged in interdisciplinary initiatives connecting artificial intelligence (AI), agriculture, AR engineering with aviation, and Aerospace Cyber Security.
